P90X Shoulders and Arms done. So far so good. Mild soreness. I guess i have to kick it up a notch.

Day 1 complete!

Ok. Here we go. Day one in the books. I have completed my first workout of P90X. Chest and Back. I am going to be sore tomorrow. I will keep tracking my progress here.
