Insanity workout

I got up early and did the Insanity Fit Test. I didn't make it through the whole test. It was HARD. I threw up a half hour after I finished. I guess I failed the Fit Test. I will get up early again tomorrow and work out again. I am going to try and power through and commit to completing this 63 day journey. My goal is to lose 25 to 30 lbs. wish me luck.

Day 1 complete!

Ok. Here we go. Day one in the books. I have completed my first workout of P90X. Chest and Back. I am going to be sore tomorrow. I will keep tracking my progress here.

Something New.

I will be starting the P90X workout program soon. My summer has been pretty uneventful, fitness wise. I really let myself down with the lack of biking. I have also let myself down with my fitness level. I will try my best to keep posting my progress.
